Yesterday, Beat Officers from Ashford Community Safety Unit engaged in plain clothes patrols of rural wards that have been subject to repeated ASB relating to catapults. This is something we will continue to target, to proactively manage and enforce where possible. But it remains important that you as the community and victims of this type of Anti-Social Behaviour, continue to report via 999 at the time of incidents occurring. This gives us the best opportunity to locate those involved, to utilise powers of Stop Search and arrest, as well as then being able to show ourselves as a visible deterrent. |
